How Online HRT Works in Maryland

Support Through Your Patient Portal
Asynchronous care means you and your provider do not need to be online at the same time. Submit updates, complete follow-up forms, and ask questions securely through your portal.
Follow-up is generally every three months, with testing and additional review based on your care plan. Video visits may be arranged by preference or when needed.
