How It Works

  • 1) Select the Service that Fits Your Needs

    No insurance is necessary for our service. We provide a superbill for your insurance reimbursement.

  • 2) Complete the Intake Form

    Complete your health history and consent forms. We’ll need information about current medications and health conditions as well as a recent blood work and any vital signs available.

  • 3) Lab Draw

    Depending on the service you selected, blood work may be necessary. If any lab work is needed, a lab slip will be provided (cost of labs is included in your fee). Visit a LabCorp near you for a blood draw.

    Note: Lab work will be required for HRT and Gender Affirming Hormone Therapy

  • 4) Speak with your Provider

    Book an appointment with a provider to discuss the results of your blood work and treatment plan.

    Alternatively, you can choose to communicate with your provider about your treatment plan using the messaging feature in your patient portal.

  • 5) Receive your Medication

    You will receive your medication at the address you choose in discreet packaging or the medication will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
